All contributions will go to HARLEM WEEK, Inc., a tax exempt organization under Section 501 (c) (3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, are deductible for computing income and estate taxes.
Your contributions to this worthy cause will be allocated as follows:

72% of your donation will go to assist The Tipitina's Foundation, a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization supported by
artists such as B.B. King and Harry Connick Sr., that’s dedicated both to helping artists recover from Hurricane Katrina and to preserving the cultural traditions of New Orleans, by providing New Orleans musicians aid with housing, instrument replacement,
employment opportunities, classes, clothing, and other resources. |

15% will be used to help defray and offset the considerable administrative and operating expenses associated with this important fund raising endeavor. |

10% will be used by the HARLEM WEEK/Harlem Jazz & Music Festival, a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, to promote the causes of assisting
musical artists from New Orleans and to provide employment for musicians. |

3% of electronic donations will go to the Pay Pal service as their transaction fee.
